M&M Blondies

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 (12 ounce) package M&M’s plain chocolate candies
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

~ Cream butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla.

~ Combine flour and baking soda and add to mixture; dough will be thick. Stir in M&Ms and walnuts. Spread in a greased 13×9″ pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.

A little dry, maybe some lemon juice to keep it softer? Also keep closer to the 30 minutes or maybe even less, a little over cooked on the sides.
